Prayer and strategy conference from 5 to 8 November 2025 in Berlin: Turning point Germany-Israel
Review
The conference is behind us! The colon is ahead of us! What a gracious, what a wonderful time we have experienced together! And what encouragement we have taken away from the conference for the next stage!
- The two leaders, Asher Intrater and Ariel Blumenthal from Jerusalem, invited us to a more concrete Kingdom partnership in diversity but on equal terms!
- The collaboration with Gottfried Bühler (ICEJ) and Jobst Bittner (TOS) was horizon-broadening!
- The times of worship and prayer were deep, dynamic, and moving!
- The workshops were substantial and forward-looking!
- The flow and freedom of the Holy Spirit were extraordinary!
- Grace! Grace! Grace!!! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!!!
Each of us has our own list, our own highlights, our own revelations and key encounters!
The colon
The two closing messages from Harald Eckert and Asher Intrater opened up a perspective on the future! This Turning Point Conference was both a moment of taking stock and, above all, a forward-looking colon! We are therefore integrating these two messages here.
Otherwise, we ask for your patience until all the recorded messages from this conference (the videos are mainly from the worship room) have been processed and made available. In addition, some of the audio messages from the workshops will also be available. We will inform you when this is ready.
The joint declaration
One of the highlights of this conference was certainly the ‘Zeitenwende Declaration’ of 8 November 2025, the day before the commemoration of the pogrom night of 9 November 1938. This declaration is bilingual. We have attached the German version here. You are welcome to pass it on. The complete bilingual version can be found on our website. www.cffi-deutschland.de
Invest in the colon
A word about finances: We thank every donor and are grateful for every donation to this conference. As organisers, we took the risk of not charging a registration fee. Otherwise, we would have had to charge around £100 per person. But the Lord encouraged us to allow great financial freedom. Everyone should give what they are happy and motivated to give. This has covered most of the costs. But with a view to the colon, to the momentum that we should and want to carry forward from the conference into the future, the financial response has not yet been sufficiently liberating. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to give everyone who is motivated another chance to invest generously in the colon, in the calling of the CFFI and in the development of the next stage. There are the following options:
- The classic bank transfer. Anyone who sends us their name and address in the donation purpose will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt at the beginning of 2026.
- Via PayPal
- Via this QR code
We will then inform you of the result before Christmas.
‘Thy kingdom come!’
The conference focused on the coming together of the ‘one new man’ for the sake of the kingdom of God and His King. And for the calling of Israel, Germany and Europe and the ‘holy remnant’ on the way there.
With this in mind, we greet you with heartfelt gratitude and anticipation!
United in King Jesus!
The conference team!

From 5 to 8 November, a conference on Israel entitled ‘Zeitenwende’ (Turning Point) and led by the CFFI took place in Berlin Schöneberg. Months in advance, Manfred and Maria Hoffmann had their hands full organising and preparing for this conference. Finally, the time had come. About 300 people from near and far gathered to worship together, intercede for Israel in prayer, listen to interesting presentations, discuss topics in workshops, and of course talk to each other and get to know one another.
From my position behind the book table of Tor nach Zion, directly opposite the entrance to the conference venue, I could see the expectant and joyful faces of the participants every morning. Each session began with wonderful worship led by Mr and Mrs Fritsch and their band. They sensitively led us into the presence of God. During the worship, Katrin from the Zwickau House of Prayer danced with her beautiful flags in the flow of the Holy Spirit.
This was followed by relatively short messages from various speakers from Israel and Germany. These inputs led to intense times of prayer. No one was just listening, because everyone was integrated into the prayer. The messages from Asher Intrater and Ariel Blumenthal were particularly impressive for me. Both are Messianic Jews from Jerusalem. They taught about the great connection between Israel in the Kingdom of God for the church and the one new man made up of Jews and Christians.
On the Sunday after the conference, there was another prayer meeting on the roof of the newly rebuilt Berlin City Palace. The name of Jesus was proclaimed over Berlin and Germany in all four directions, prayers were offered, and at the end the shofar was blown.
We thank our Lord from the bottom of our hearts for this intense and blessed time. May it truly herald a new era in Germany.

What does this turning point, this decision-making process for the Christian-Jewish relationship mean for the German-Israeli relationship? What does it mean for us personally, our sphere of influence, our networks? At this prayer and strategy conference, we want to seek the Lord on these and related questions, pray for these and related concerns and receive deeper guidance and direction through prayer and dialogue. Guidance for the times in which we live and for the tasks that lie ahead of us.
All Christians who wrestle with us about these concerns and seek fresh and deeper answers from God and his speaking are invited.
