The Network for Democratic Culture e.V. in Wurzen invited guests to a cinema evening on Holocaust Remembrance Day to watch our film ‘ÜberLeben drei jüdische Generationen’ (Survival: Three Jewish Generations). Despite adverse weather conditions, the room was well attended. Everyone watched this moving documentary about the fates of Holocaust survivors and their descendants with rapt attention. The subsequent discussion with Maria Hoffmann and producer Anna Neuhaus, moderated by Katharina from the association, showed how the film had touched people's hearts. Many questions were asked and the film was received with great appreciation. Several audience members want to bring the film to schools.
